Real Estate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Real Estate & Market Research:
• Monitor the real estate market through regular data collection
• Build and manage a local property database for valuations
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to prospect properties
• Analyse real estate needs and propose strategic solutions

Sales & Business Development:
• Conduct sales meetings & interviews
• Recruit and onboard agents & franchises
• Manage franchise support & daily operations
• Assist with marketing & reporting to management & clients
• Work closely with head office to ensure smooth operations

Real Estate Transactions & Negotiations:
• Negotiate purchases & sales
• Manage real estate contracts and ensure smooth transactions
• Oversee the handover and management of properties

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Prior experience or strong familiarity with real estate required
Fluency in both English & French (spoken & written)
Sales experience
Strong negotiation, organizational & communication skills
A dynamic, proactive & team-oriented individual
Understanding of real estate market & legal regulations (a plus)
Ability to work independently & within a team
