We are a small business specializing in the production and distribution of television programs. Our operations involve using a variety of tools (MAM, CRM, Airtable Databases) that often do not communicate seamlessly with each other.
We are committed to enhancing our workflows by automating repetitive tasks and developing user-friendly databases to improve efficiency.
We are seeking a talented Freelance Automation Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis and help us streamline our processes.
Under the supervision of a person who is both very knowledgeable about the company and about Airtable & Automations as well as all other tools used in the company :
- Develop and implement automations on Airtable to streamline workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
- Create and maintain user-friendly databases on Airtable, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Explore and integrate new no-code and AI-based tools that can enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to understand their needs and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize existing automations to ensure they are functioning as intended.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in no-code platforms, automation technologies, and AI tools.
- Last but not least, document every existing and new development so any newcomer can understand each database and its automations.
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Freelance Automation Specialist who is fluent in English and has a deep understanding of no-code platforms, particularly Airtable.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing automations, optimizing our databases on Airtable, and identifying new tools, often AI-based, to further improve our operations.
Knowledge of JavaScript or AI tools capable of writing JavaScript is a major plus.
This role requires someone who can think quickly, adapt to new technologies, and contribute innovative solutions to help our team work more efficiently.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Airtable and other no-code platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier).
- Automation Skills: Proven experience in writing and implementing automations on Airtable.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable exploring and adopting new technologies, especially AI-based tools.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a remote team, understanding their needs and delivering solutions accordingly.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.
- Programming Skills: Knowledge of JavaScript or the ability to utilize AI tools that can write JavaScript is a major plus.
