Mission:
As a Customer Service representative, you will be the face of our brand, conveying our vision to customers and providing excellent service where hospitality is our hallmark. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring communication between stewards and clients in France and vice versa
Managing new reservations
Making reservation modifications
Responding to specific customer requests via Booking.com, Airbnb, email, etc.
Soliciting customer feedback to continuously improve our service
We are looking for individuals who are autonomous, have a sense of initiative, and can find solutions and/or information where it is not necessarily obvious. Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English are essential.
