- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Administrative Secretary at GAMA TEXTILE MADAGASCAR SARLU in Antananarivo.
- The Senior Administrative Secretary will work closely with the top management
- In charge with the communication and administration with external parties and handling confidential information.

1. Fluent in English Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading.
2. Knowledge of Madagascar Laws and Regulations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
5. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
6. Ability to draft the documents and letters in formal way.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
9. Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, or relevant field.
10. Flexible on working hours to cooperate with manager’s schedule.
