GAMA Textile is a leading textile company in the free zone of Anosizato Santilo, Antananarivo, Madagascar. We are looking to expand our team with a skilled Compliance officer professional

Participate in the development compliance rules and procedures,
Contribute to the implementation of the company‘s compliance plan
Manage non-compliance risks

Key Responsibilities:
• Respect the law, standards and rules within the company
• Participate in drafting and updating compliance documentation and reports
• Develop and monitor compliance process procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Participate in the development and implementation of corrective actions in the remediation plan
• Organize various training sessions within the company (training on first aid and fire, …)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of legislation, regulations and risks in the textile sector
• Methodic, organized, available immediately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
