Academic Qualifications
• University degree in Health, Safety and Environmental, or industrial hygiene, or environmental science.
• Specific training on HSE programs.
Experience
• Five (5) or more years of related safety experience and/or training, preferably in the oil/gas of big mining industry.
• Must have the ability to assist with the delivery of HSE / Fire Protection / Emergency Response programs.
• Skilled in the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures within the health, safety and environmental fields.
• Ability to take lead and direct teams in the event of an emergency.
Knowledge and Skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Written and spoken English fluency
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (sensitization/training/report writing)
