We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our team!
As a true expert in digital communication, web marketing, and customer relations, your mission will be to manage, engage, and moderate social media platforms on behalf of our clients.
You will also be responsible for creating tailored content for each platform and implementing an effective social media strategy.
The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills french and English and can manage the online community.

Responsibilities:
Define and implement communication and social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
Provide engaging text, images, and videos for social media accounts using relevant tools
Convey the brand’s vision and values, fostering connections within the community.
Respond promptly to customer comments and inquiries.
Monitor and address online feedback and comments.
Develop and execute strategic objectives.
Propose ideas to improve processes and results.
Coordinate with marketing, and communication teams to ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with development and sales teams to stay updated on new products and features.
Build relationships with clients, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
Continuously monitor brand-related communities.
Stay up to date with digital technology trends.
Provide consistent data and performance analysis.
Use insights to enhance engagement strategies.
Maintain databases and organize image/photo/video banks according to established processes.

Degree or training in Marketing/Communication
Experience in a similar role
