Centre d'appels

- Continuous assurance of new and existing client identification (KYC) processes;
- Verification of clients’ personal documents and KYC questionnaires; 
- Full client information reviews;
- Written communication with the clients;
- Implementation and monitoring of international sanctions and restrictive measures;
- Communication with colleagues from other departments;
- Performing routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Higher education (could be a final year student available to work full time)
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail as you will be performing precise routine work;
- Strong knowledge of English, French;
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively;
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks
It’s greater if you have:
- study field in finance/Law/Economics
- additional languages.

Salary Net : 1 200 000ar + bonuses
