
The Centre was established in 2003 to help Malagasy people and the international community better understand the value of conservation in Madagascar. Its mission has three main axes:
• Promote high-level research in a diverse ecosystem that is unique in the world;
• Encourage environmental conservation by developing ecologically sustainable economic development programmes with local people; and
• Provide local people with the knowledge and tools to improve their quality of life through projects focused on sanitation, nutrition and education, and ultimately reduce poverty in the region.

• Minimum a Master degree in Ecology, Biology, Public Health, Environmental sciences or Conservation Sciences
• Experience as Program Director for five (05) years
• Capacity to manage team and have field experiences
• Competency in international relation
• Ability to solve problems
• Ready to live in Ranomafana
• French and English are Fluent
• Organized, good morals, integrity, flexibility in working hours
