As a Sales manager at our company, you will be responsible for the final stage of the sales process. You will take charge of the appointments scheduled by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and will be responsible for closing deals and securing contracts with prospects. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving your sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Appointment Management: Handle appointments set by SDRs and prepare tailored presentations to address the specific needs of prospects.
• Negotiation and Sales: Lead negotiations, present our offers convincingly, address objections, and close sales.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the SDR team to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Team Management: Oversee the SDRs within your team.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment or with a strong track record in closing contracts.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Education: Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
