1.Log Monitoring Intern
Responsibilities
•Assist in monitoring security event logs from various sources
•Help analyze and triage alerts based on established protocols
•Participate in tuning and optimizing log sources to reduce false positives
Requirements
•Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and network protocols
•Familiarity with logging tools or SIEM is a plus
•Interest in learning log analysis techniques and basic scripting
2.Incident Response Intern
Responsibilities
•Help collect data during incident investigations, including reviewing logs and alerts.
•Participate in forensic analysis under supervision and learn containment techniques.
•Assist in documenting incident response actions and lessons learned.
Requirements
•Knowledge of incident response lifecycle and basic forensic tools.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•Familiarity with common attack vectors, such as phishing, malware and DDoS.
3.Threat Intelligence Intern
Responsibilities
•Support the collection and analysis of threat intelligence from various sources.
•Assist in monitoring threat feeds and identifying indicators of compromise (IOCs)
•Help update threat intelligence reports and disseminate information across the team – including Information Security Action Notices.
Requirements
•Interest in cybersecurity threat landscapes and attack methodologies
•Understanding of open-source intelligence (OSINT) and threat intelligence frameworks.
•Strong research and report-writing skills.
General Requirement for All Roles
•Educational Background – Currently pursuiing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Skills – Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
•Certifications (Preferred but no required) – CompTIA Security+, Cisco CyberOps, or similar introductory certifications.
