(pharmaceutique, cosmétique, alimentaire).
-Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
-Address client concerns and resolve issues as they arise
-Present new product/service offerings
-Ensure contract renewals and participate in contract discussions if necessary
-Develop an annual growth strategy for each key account by gaining a deep understanding of client needs and interests
-Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators
-Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
-Respond promptly to each client request by coordinating with Bionexx’s internal departments
-Regularly collect feedback on product and service quality and identify areas for improvement
-Identify and contact potential clients
-Convert leads into clients by offering solutions tailored to their needs
-Participate in events, webinars, or trade shows to network and gather prospects in person
-Improve and formalize key processes to improve team efficiency
-Develop and implement tools to streamline and improve the sales process
-Identify areas for process optimization and work with internal teams to implement improvements
-Master's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field
-3 years of experience in a similar position
-Excellent writing skills
-Proficiency in office software, especially Excel
-Proficient in French
-Excellent command of English required
-Autonomous, communicative, proactive, strong negotiator
