My main duties is to provide support to all staffs, attending and troubleshooting of hardware, software, network and printer problems. Install and configure required software to a defined standard. Liaise with suppliers to purchase IT equipment as per quotation. Support end users remotely by phone, email and team viewer. Also empower users training and assist users on new software. I’m also deal with Servers and familiar with Windows NT, W2k, 2003 AND 2008 Server, SQL server 2000 and 2012 and Professional and Windows XP, Windows 7, 8 and 10.
I also the SYSADMIN of a system namely ABS (Advance Business Software) used in our shops for invoicing. It’s a Point of sales system. I dealt also with tablets using ABS also for salesreps. They raise their invoices and orders everyday and download on the server remotely.
